Kelly Moran is an intelligence analyst for the Federal Bureau of Investigation working in the JOC- Joint Operations Command in the FBI's New York Field Office. He regularly assists in uncovering new information concerning a case that the FBI field team of Maggie, OA, Scola and Tiffany are investigating, Kelly reporting to Special Agent in Charge Isobel Castille and Assistant Special Agent in Charge Jubal Valentine.
